Executive AI Advisor
Anuradha Choudhury is a technology executive with more than 25 years leading engineering, AI/ML, and operations organizations at scale. She has advised and operated within organizations ranging from high-growth private companies to Fortune 500 enterprises, building deep fluency in how AI transformation actually gets executed — not just strategized — inside complex, regulated environments.
Her foundation in large-scale, mission-critical systems includes leading the engineering effort behind Amazon Alexa's location-based services, scaling infrastructure from 400 to 40,000 transactions per second at peak across more than 80 Alexa features, and driving the security strategy for Amazon's data-center switches to meet Department of Defense contract standards — experience that continues to inform her rigorous, execution-oriented approach to enterprise AI risk and technology governance today.
As Executive AI Advisor to Velastegui Ventures, Anuradha advises the firm's CEO and COO on AI product strategy and works directly with VV's clients — across healthcare, finance, and technology — on AI adoption strategy and the design of agentic workflows. She brings an operator's perspective to the boards and C-suite leadership teams VV advises, translating technical risk and opportunity into terms relevant to enterprise-scale AI governance and oversight decisions.
Anuradha currently serves as Chief Technology Officer at Reputation, a SaaS platform serving more than 2,000 enterprise and SMB customers, where she led a company-wide architecture overhaul that prepared the organization's data for AI features and delivered a 10x performance gain, and transformed engineering and technical support into a modern, AI-driven organization spanning product definition, deployment, and customer metrics tracking.

Co-Founder & Head of Operations
Nicholas Velastegui is the Co-Founder and Head of Operations of Velastegui Ventures. He has spent more than two decades building and scaling complex technical systems, first in silicon at Intel and now in AI. What ties his career together is taking messy, high-stakes systems and making them run reliably at scale.
At Velastegui Ventures, Nicholas runs the company's operations end to end: finance, hiring and HR, cybersecurity, local and cloud IT, web development, customer engagement, partner project management, and legal contracting. He also brings hands-on technical depth to the firm's AI strategy work and to the RAG-backed LLM platforms it builds.
Before co-founding Velastegui Ventures, Nicholas spent 16 years at Intel, working across nearly every layer of microprocessor design. He designed the global clock network for the Prescott and Cedar Mill processors - the work was published at ISSCC as "Scalable sub-10ps skew global clock distribution for a 90nm multi-GHz IA microprocessor"
He went on to lead the team that re-architected Intel's physical verification automation platform. It was deployed on more than 15 processor designs at Intel sites across the United States, Mexico, and India, and it reduced the headcount needed for verification while improving runtimes, quality, and compute efficiency. As a senior technical lead, he became the engineer teams called when projects stalled, clearing bottlenecks in compute, tooling, vendors, and cross-site coordination. He also created and taught software automation courses for Intel's design engineers.
Nicholas holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
